All of our prints ship directly from our studio in St. Leonards-on-Sea to destinations worldwide. We hope the FAQs below will answer any questions or concerns you may have. We aim to print and ship your print(s) within 5 working days of ordering. International orders are handled by partner couriers within the destination country once they leave the UK and individual delivery times will vary. Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, we're experiencing a brief delay. For the safety of our staff, we batch orders going to the Post Office to minimise exposure. In the unlikely event of a substantial delay, we will contact you directly via email.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
By shipping from our base in the UK, we can offer low-cost fees for orders delivered within the country. Costs for shipping internationally are calculated at checkout. For all orders, the total cost of shipping and taxes is shown at checkout and before placing your order.
HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We carefully package each order.
S (A4) prints ship in a stiffened envelope sealed in a plastic sleeve.
M (A3), L (A2) and XXL (A0) prints ship in a tube.
For UK destinations, M, L or XXL print orders ship via Royal Mail with a signature required upon delivery. International orders are handled by partner couriers within the destination country once they leave the UK.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All M, L or XXL orders ship with a tracking number no matter which country they are sent to.
WILL I NEED TO PAY TAX OR DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be liable to local taxes and duties. These are the customer’s responsibility.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel an order where the request is submitted before the print is shipped. Contact us at hello@colorgraph.co with your request.
RETURNS
Each print is made-to-order with extensive quality checks to ensure it’s free from foxing, fading and physical damage before shipping. In the unlikely event that a print is damaged, you can return it within 28 days from the date stamped on the Certificate of Authenticity. This entitles you to a full refund or replacement, however, this guarantee excludes loss, theft, or damage due to misuse, such as accidental damage when taking the print from its packaging or repacking the print.

Note, returned print(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it.
HOW DO I SHIP A RETURNED ORDER?
We recommend that you use a tracked and signed-for delivery service. You should also keep proof of postage for returned items, as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
